Choose your tour

Browse the programmes and choose the cycling tour that suits you, matching your fitness level to the difficulty level of the tour. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us and we will discuss all the details together.

Send a reservation request

By clicking the 'Book' button, a reservation form will appear. Fill in the required details and click the 'Reservation Request' button. After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received.

You receive preliminary information

Within 24 hours you will receive:

• detailed tour itinerary
• information about the route and difficulty level
• what is included in the package price
• what is not included in the package price
• total price
• payment conditions
• minimum number of participants required to run the tour
• cancellation conditions
• insurances
• General Terms and Conditions
• pre-contractual information form pursuant to the Tourism Act
• bank account of BIKE MOTION LTD

At this stage the reservation is not yet final.

Pay a deposit – 30%

Once you have reviewed all the information and wish to confirm your participation, you should pay a deposit of 30% of the package value by bank transfer.

Upon receipt of the deposit:

• the reservation is considered confirmed
• a pro-forma invoice is issued
• a tourist package contract is prepared

Signing the contract

You will receive the contract by email in PDF format. You should then sign it, photograph/scan it and return it by email.

Pay the remaining balance

The remaining amount is paid up to 14 days before the start date of the cycling tour (or according to the specific conditions of the respective tour). Payment can only be made by bank transfer to the Bike Motion LTD account.

Prepare for the adventure

7 days before the tour you will receive:

• final organisational information
• list of required equipment
• meeting time and place
• guide's contact details
