FAQ
How is the booking done?
You can see a detailed model of the procedure in the "How to Book" section.
Do you provide electric bikes for rent?
Yes. We offer high-end mountain electric bikes, professionally serviced and prepared for the route. For every guided tour, an e-bike can be rented. A bicycle helmet is also included in the rental. When filling out the booking form, you can indicate your desire for a rental bike. For e-bike rental for one-day and half-day tours, see the "Half-day and One-day Electric Bike Tours" section. Our goal is to make the mountains accessible.
Is the bike tour suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer routes with different degrees of difficulty – from easy panoramic tracks to more challenging mountain routes. For beginners, we recommend e-bike tours (tours with electric bikes), where the physical exertion is significantly less and the experience in the mountains is much more accessible. More information can be found in the "What is an e-bike?" and "Difficulty Levels" sections.
Do I need to be in excellent physical shape?
No. Electric assistance facilitates climbs, allows for longer routes without excessive fatigue, and makes the tour suitable for people with different levels of physical preparation. Still, it is recommended to have basic physical activity and comfort when riding a bike.
Thanks to the e-bike concept, the focus during the tour is on the experience, the views, movement in nature, and not on physical exhaustion, while at the same time preserving the classic feeling of riding a bike. You won't ask yourself "Will I endure?", but you will say "How beautiful it is here".
For more information see the "What is an e-bike?" section.
How do I know which level is right for me?
The description of each bike tour indicates its difficulty level. In the "Difficulty Levels" section, a detailed description of each level is provided and it is specifically stated who it is suitable for. For your convenience, a Test for determining the suitable difficulty level for you is attached. In case of doubts, do not hesitate to contact us for a consultation.
Can I participate with my own bike?
Yes. In all bike tours you can participate with your own conventional or electric bike, if it is technically sound and suitable for the terrain.
What should I bring?
For half-day and one-day tours:
Comfortable sports clothes according to the season, sports/sunglasses, sports/mountain shoes with grip, light windproof jacket, warm garment, small backpack containing: the clothes mentioned so far that are not on you, ID card and some money, 1 liter of water, phone with a charged battery, dried fruits (raisins, dates, figs) or energy bars, sunscreen, and wet wipes.
