About the Tour
Strandzha is not just a mountain—it’s a feeling.
Here, time flows more slowly, nature is raw and authentic, and the roads lead to places that seem untouched by the modern world.
This cycling tour is designed for those seeking tranquility, nature, and meaningful movement.
We will ride along forest roads, by the sea, and along the Veleka River—at a pace that allows you to fully enjoy every view.
Itinerary
Arrival in Ahtopol, cycling route: Ahtopol – Rezovo – Ahtopol. Route distance: 35 km, elevation gain: 430 m.
We meet in Ahtopol and, after a short briefing, begin our first ride.
The route follows the scenic southern Black Sea coast, passing through forest sections and open stretches with sea views.
We reach Rezovo—the southeasternmost point of Bulgaria and the border with Turkey. Here, we take a break overlooking the mouth of the Rezovska River.

In the evening—free time for walks and dinner.
Ahtopol – Brodilovo – Kosti – Sinemorets – Ahtopol. Route distance: 54 km, elevation gain: 480 m.
The main and most impressive day of the tour.
We head inland into Strandzha towards the villages of Brodilovo and Kosti—authentic settlements with a unique atmosphere.
The route then leads us to the Veleka River valley—one of the most beautiful natural areas in Bulgaria.
We ride along quiet forest roads, following the curves of the river until we reach Sinemorets.
There is an option for a seaside break and lunch.
In the afternoon, we return to Ahtopol along a scenic route.
This is the day that will stay with you the most.
After an exciting ride, a well-deserved rest and a hearty dinner await us.
Ahtopol – Varvara – Brodilovo – Ahtopol. Route distance: 19 km, elevation gain: 330 m.
The final day is shorter and panoramic.
